One Stop Mobility offers you a comprehensive guarantee and complete peace of mind. From the day of installation, we give you a comprehensive 12 month warranty on all our new and reconditioned stairlifts. This covers all the stairlift parts and labour and call outs.
Once you have had your stairlift for 12 months we will send you a reminder that your warranty is due to expire and offer you an extension. The cost of the extended warranty for a further 12 months starts from as little as £160 and this includes a free service visit. If you do not wish to take out our extended warranty cover we can service your lift from as little as £45. We recommend your lift is serviced at least once per annum by professional engineers.
In the unlikely event that you need assistance, our engineers are on standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We give you 7 days cooling off period, where if you change your mind for any reason we will refund all your money, no questions asked.
Unlike other stairlift companies we offer a generous buy back option where we buy back your stairlift if and when you no longer require it.
